You can have a yoga mat from the School premises but we recommend that you should get your own personal mat, as many students use these mats, there might be the hygienic issue. There are shops in the market from where you can buy the yoga mats.

The course is not recommended for a pregnant lady as it is too intense. In pregnancy, ladies are expected to do the light versions of yoga forms which should be done under the strict supervision.
