She has attained post graduation in yoga from Sanskrit University in Haridwar, and also did MSc in Yogic Science. She also did six months certificate course from Ved Niketan Ashram and 200 hours Teachers Training course from Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul. She began her teaching career from ashrams in Rishikesh. She has also actively participated in many international seminars. In 2015, she was invited as a speaker in Californication beauty and spa in Kazakhstan. She was also honored by Embassy of India for her active participation in the First International Day of Yoga that was held on 21st June 2015.
