You are expected to reach the School one day before the commencement of the classes. This would give you enough time to fulfill the formalities and get adequate rest after the traveling. If you are delayed due to any unavoidable circumstances, please inform us so that we can make adequate arrangements for you.
You would leave the premises on the last day when all the relieve formalities are over, at or on IST 12 pm.
There are 15-20 students in each batch.
There is no special dress code for the yoga session, but you should wear comfortable clothes. White color clothes are highly recommended, as white color signifies purity, peace and generates positive vibe.
You can have a yoga mat from the School premises but we recommend that you should get your own personal mat, as many students use these mats, there might be the hygienic issue. There are shops in the market from where you can buy the yoga mats.
The course is not recommended for a pregnant lady as it is too intense. In pregnancy, ladies are expected to do the light versions of yoga forms which should be done under the strict supervision.
No, you do not need to have any prior experience for joining the program but you should be passionate about learning yoga and should have been doing yoga for at least couple of months.
Yes, you would get a sufficient of free time between the sessions. You would get a break for rest. Sundays would also be free for you to take a complete rest and explore Rishikesh, except if there is any plan for excursions.
Yes, you are expected full attendance, but you can take a leave from any session if you are ill or get into any problem or emergency.

Standard of teaching is quite high, as our School is Yoga Alliance USA affiliated. All the teachers are highly educated and experienced in their respective subjects.
The medium of language for teaching is English.
All the requisite study materials are provided by the School but it is best to read the books of the best authors or as recommended by the teachers.
The registration fee is 200 dollars which you need to pay in advance to book your seat.

Yes, you can postpone your joining date and even change the batch but the request needs to send well in advance sighting the reason for the change. The request is entertained only in case of illness, problem or any emergency. Advanced payment is non-refundable.
The remaining fee has to be paid in cash or TCs. If the credit card is used then 3 percent fee would be charged as the transaction fee. ATM debit can also be used to withdraw cash (master/visa/electron) in Rishikesh.
You will be given a certificate after the successful completion of the program. And as we are affiliated with the Yoga Alliance, USA so after the program, you can if you want, register yourself as a yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. But registration is not mandatory.
Yes, you have to appear for both the written and verbal exams to become a certified yoga teacher. Your performance in the exams, classes, the behavior that you display in complete program and attendance is criteria for judgment.
You can reach Rishikesh via plane, railways or roadways. The International airport is at New Delhi from there you can either opt for a taxi, bus or train services. Bus and taxi will directly bring you to in Rishikesh but the train will take you to Haridwar from there you need to hire a taxi. You can also directly reach the Jolly international airport at Dehradun from where you again need to hire a taxi.
Yes, we do provide pick and drop facilities to and from Delhi airport and Dehradun. But you have to request for a cab well in advance. The one-way taxi charge from Delhi airport is 80 dollars while from Dehradun is 20 dollars.

December, January, and February are the coldest months so you need to bring warm clothes. Remaining months are generally hot except for July, August, and September which receives maximum rainfall.
